RAS Strengthens Leadership Team: Faisal Ashfaq Promoted to Director of Supply Chain Integrity

RAS is pleased to announce two significant promotions within its leadership team, as Faisal Ashfaq (known as Ash) steps into the role of Director of Supply Chain Integrity, and Marc Yardley advances to Managing Director. These changes, effective immediately, reflect the company’s commitment to recognising talent and supporting career progression.

Ash has been a valued member of RAS for 17 years, beginning his career as a Merchandiser in Store Support. His dedication and expertise have seen him rise through the ranks, taking on roles including Team Captain, Regional Manager, and Contracts Manager. In 2017, Ash was promoted to Head of Supply Chain, where he further demonstrated his leadership and operational skills. Now, as Director of Supply Chain Integrity, Ash will collaborate closely with Certania, a Munich-based TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) company with strong ties to European retailers. This partnership aims to expand RAS’s UK supply chain services across Europe, enhancing the company’s presence and influence in the market.

Marc Yardley, promoted to Managing Director, also brings a wealth of experience and commitment to his new position. His promotion aligns with the long-term vision of RAS’s shareholders, who prioritise rewarding and promoting team members to strengthen the company from within.
