Lois Heywood Founder Director From her early experience in hospitality, Lois understands the importance of valuing both your customers and your colleagues. Faisal Ashfaq Supply Chain Director Responsible for many supply chain auditors, and a management team, his strategic mindset and passion for positive change have placed him as a catalyst for growth and innovation. Under his stewardship he has positioned the business as Europe’s only end-to-end supply chain audit company.

Graham Parker Founder Director Having worked with the company for over 30 years, Graham started as an auditor and worked his way up by taking on all types of roles across the business. Having delivered the service at the front end, he knows what good looks like for our clients. Graham’s goal is to deliver a consistent level of customer satisfaction and drive a culture of continuous improvement in our services.

Marc Yardley Managing Director An early career in the licensing trade prepared Marc for challenging service environments. Edd Newbury IT and Innovation Director Edd joined the business in 2015 as an Account Manager, before progressing to the Retail Head of Contracts and most recently Innovation Director. Edd combines his technical knowledge and acute understanding of our business operations to deliver innovation to internal and external stakeholders.

Chrissie Parker Head of Projects Chrissie joined as an auditor in 1995. Chrissie has performed many roles giving her a thorough understanding of every aspect of the organisation. Now Head of Projects Chrissie ensures that every step of the project cycle is managed meticulously and governed in order to ensure a smooth operation.

David Wilson Finance Director As a Chartered Accountant, David has extensive commercial experience prior to joining the business in 2015.
