Driving Excellence Across Our DCs

Over the past four days, Shaun Ashley (Contract Manager) has embarked on an incredible journey alongside Karla Oliver (Head of Stock) and Emily Wilson (Senior Stock Analyst), covering over 1,000 miles and visiting five key distribution centres.

From engaging with on-site management teams to collaborating with audit teams, this initiative has been all about learning, sharing, and implementing best practices to optimize operations across our depots. Seeing firsthand the dedication and expertise at each site has been invaluable, reinforcing the importance of continuous improvement in stock management and efficiency.
